Fearless Fish

Let's get cooking! Making fish doesn't need to be intimidating. You can select and cook fish at home that's delicious and won't make your whole house smell like a hatchery. Plus, fish cooks super fast so it's a weeknight no-brainer. I'll share my favorite techniques and recipes in this 3-day fish class!


Cooking class instruction will include how to select the best fish, what types of fish to NOT buy, tried-and-true fish recipes and my favorite sauces.

Class runs Tuesday, Feb 22, 12-1pm CST,

Wednesday, Feb 23, 4:00-5:00pm CST and

Thursday Feb 24, 12-1pm CST 

All Zoom Classes, with extra time allotted for questions.

All class recordings will be shared via email.

  • Panko crusted fish sticks

  • Parchment paper fish packets

  • Cajun sheet pan salmon filets (for fish tacos or on their own)
